All videos are available on the platform, so you don’t use up your phone memory and everything stays in one place.
You can train anytime, anywhere – and pick the workout that feels right that day.
You’ll only need basic things you probably already have at home:
a yoga mat or soft surface
a chair
a stick or towel
optional: light weights (or water bottles)
Everything is adjustable — we work with what you’ve got.
Not at all. Your body can begin exactly from where it is.

Izazov is a light but powerful 21-day journey that comes through daily emails and finishes with one live online workshop.
You can do it quietly, in your own rhythm – and still have the support of a Viber group with others going through it.
Fokus is an entire ecosystem – it includes online workshops, one PEAT and one coaching session with me (1-on-1), full access to all my workouts, and a private support group.
It lasts longer and goes deeper.
It’s up to you – feel into what you need right now and how much you’re ready to give to yourself.

Each session is fully adapted to your pace and what matters most to you right now.
Even if you’re unsure where to begin, we’ll find the way together.

Focus workshops are live on Zoom, but recordings are always available to watch later.

Fokus includes live Zoom workshops (and replays), plus 1-on-1 sessions with me.
PEAT and coaching sessions are always live — via video call.
Workouts are pre-recorded and ready for you to access anytime.
poKretanje is in-person, held in different cities and venues.
