Connect with yourself through movement, dance and inner work.

Each poKretanje workshop brings a new theme that inspires you to explore your body, emotions, and thoughts.
Themes are designed to awaken your potential, reconnect you with your inner strength, and deepen self-awareness – all within a supportive space and with gentle guidance through movement.

 

What to expect:

WARM-UP – for body and mind. We start by waking up the body physically and gently opening the topic of the day – through my intro and simple movement.
FREE MOVEMENT AND DANCE – No choreography. No dance experience needed.
This is free-form, intuitive movement – everyone is welcome. Some parts are completely free, others are lightly guided.
During the dance, we don’t talk. Let your body speak.
WORKSHOP – Thematic work – Through practical exercises, we explore the connection between movement, thought, and emotion.
This is a chance to recognize your patterns, release inner blocks, and feel more empowered.  We work with intention, embodied expression, and optional sharing. I guide you through it all with care, curiosity, and presence. It also includes sharing (optional) and shared insights, as well as my team coaching.
BREATHWORK – breathing exercise. “But I know you’re breathing.” Great, then just breathe and listen. Breathing techniques that help release tension, focus your mind and deepen your connection with your body.
MEDITATION – Guided meditation or visualization, and the way I lead it depends on the topic of the workshop.
✨ STRETCHING – We finish with light stretching and a final reset for body and mind — so you leave the space lighter, calmer, and more in touch with yourself.

Who is leading the workshop?

My name is Srđana Šijan. With 18+ years of experience in movement, fitness and personal development, I guide people to reconnect with themselves through body awareness, emotional release and intuitive dance. As a certified group instructor, dance trainer and coach, I believe movement unlocks more than muscles – it unlocks us.
In addition to group work, I offer personal growth programs and deep 1:1 sessions (PEAT therapy and coaching), blending somatic, emotional and mental work. This combination of body, mind and heart allows me to hold space for meaningful, lasting transformation — and I’m here for it, with you.

The movement of the body also leads to the movement of emotions. The combination of experience in working with the body, emotions and mind allows me to support each participant in the process of liberation and change. If you feel it’s time to connect with yourself through movement, I’m here to support you in that process.

What to bring?

Clothes: Comfortable and loose – anything that lets you move freely and not think about how you look.

Shoes: None needed – we move barefoot, in socks or soft shoes.

Mat or towel: Something to lie on during stretching and relaxation.

Water: Bring a bottle – we’ll be together and active for 3 hours.

What else do you need to know?

No phones or recording – presence is part of the practice.
No talking during movement, unless invited – let your body take the lead.
Respect your space and others’ – we co-create a safe and supportive environment.
