BOOTY & LEGS – With regular Booty and Legs training, you will strengthen, tighten and shape your legs and buttocks, i.e. lower body muscles, but that’s not all. A strong glute affects your posture, posture health and lower back pain. If you sit a lot, move a little and want a shaped butt and strong legs, this is the training for you! Duration: 30 minutes
FULL BODY – functional training for the whole body, which will increase your strength, coordination and endurance – a program that took the most effective from all sports and combined them into one concept. A program for the whole body intended for exercisers of all levels, and Srdjana will show you how to adapt each exercise to yourself. Duration: 40 minutes
MOBILITY – like a balm that will lubricate the joints. The focus is on performing fluid and natural movements. Well-developed mobility will allow you to perform movements more correctly, the body will be more stable and will significantly reduce the risk of injuries. Duration: 20-30 minutes
CORE – aims to activate the central part of the body, which includes the stomach, back, side muscles, buttocks, as well as deep muscles stabilizing the spinal column. It sounds great, but we’re guessing you’ll like the length of the workout the most. Duration: 15 minutes
