Full Body is a functional training for the whole body, which will increase your strength, coordination and endurance – a program that took the most effective from all sports and combined it into one concept.
The program is intended for exercisers of all levels, and Srdjana will show you how to adapt each exercise to yourself.

The program is intended for exercisers of all levels, because during each training you will be able to choose an easier, harder or the most difficult option. Each workout includes a guided warm-up at the beginning of the workout, as well as stretching at the end. Sometimes a little dancing during exercises, as well as yawning while stretching, don't mind 🙂
The exercises are clearly explained, the movements performed correctly, as well as the most common mistakes are indicated, in order to prevent them. Don't worry, Srdjana will show you how to properly make each exercise easier or harder, that is, how to adapt each exercise to yourself.
The props needed for training are not always the same, but the props you have in your home are most often used: Exercise mat, chair, stick (made of a broom) and weights (of course they can also be improvised)

Trainings are available in the chosen combination of days (Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday or Wednesday-Saturday).
For example: Monday and Thursday. During Monday the training is available 24 hours, on Tuesday and Wednesday it disappears, and on Thursday a NEW one appears. Which means that the workouts are never repeated, and you can practice at any time of the day. That way, there are no delays or excuses, and you acquire a healthy and responsible habit. The price refers to 2 training sessions per week for 4 weeks.
If you choose 2 or more programs, you get a DISCOUNT and the price will automatically be changed on the Checkout page. Applies to programs: Booty and Legs, Full Body, Mobility and Core.
