Join us for PoKretanje, a unique workshop that invites you to explore freedom through authentic body expression. This is more than a dance class – it’s a space where you can connect with yourself and others through movement, release tension, and embrace every emotion that arises, whether it’s joy, laughter, sadness, or reflection.
Through guided and spontaneous dance and intuitive movement, PoKretanje offers a safe and supportive environment for you to let go, express yourself, connect on a deeper level with your body and mind and explore the freedom of self-expression.
What to Expect:
Free Movement and Dance – An opportunity to move intuitively and release emotions through spontaneous dance, with no prescribed steps or expectations. No prior dance experience is necessary; all you need is a willingness to be present, open, and real.
Workshop Session – I will guide you through practices that connect movement with intention, helping you explore different layers of self-expression and body awareness.
Breathwork – Breathing exercises to help release tension, center your mind, and deepen your connection with your body.
Guided Meditation – A calming, guided meditation to ground yourself, connect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of peace and presence.
Sharing Circle – A time for group sharing, where participants can express and reflect on their experiences, creating a sense of community and mutual support.
Stretching and Relaxation – Gentle stretches to ease the body, release tension, and end the session with a sense of calm and relaxation.
