MOBILITY – Think of it as a balm for your joints! This program focuses on smooth, natural movements to enhance your mobility. Good mobility will help you perform movements correctly, keep your body stable, and significantly reduce the risk of injuries. Duration: 20-30 minutes
CORE – This workout targets the central part of your body, engaging your abs, back, obliques, glutes, and deep stabilizing muscles of the spine. Sounds great, right? But we bet what you’ll love the most is its short duration! Duration: 15 minutes
